Z Revis, also, what is your opinion on Hibbert. I appreciate your unbiased views so I take your opinion on your own squad at face value.

Last year he was hailed as a defensive power. This year when I watch him I honestly see him getting eaten up by inferior players

Yeah but still doesn't change the fact that it should be their season... They should be hungry as **** to protect their home court. Lack off effort at this moment isn't a good sign no matter how you spin it.

I wish I knew man. At this point I'm at a loss. When we have slumped before, there were clear reasons. Now I have no idea. This team looks lost. A couple of weeks ago our defense was horrible and giving up 100+ on a nightly basis. Now our defense seems to be back but the offense is putrid. I don't know...

Obviously PG is slumping, but even then we should be good enough to stay afloat and beat teams like Washington and Cleveland(no offense to them). As bad and sloppy as the game was I really thought that Miami game was going to be the turning point. We were at least moving the ball well, playing inside out, and looked to be having fun out there. I thought it'd at least boost the confidence of the team. Then we respond to that by basically getting blown out by the Wizards and Cavs? I mean what the hell is that?

Not even sure what the hell you mean by "it should be their season".

But whatever. They go into the playoffs on a high note, then effort won't even be a question for them and it's debatable if it's a question for them now.

That's kind of a significant difference, haha. If the #1 was firmly in hand that'd be one thing, or if they were coming off a ship, but they've made it clear they want that one seed...so I think it's surpassed complacency at this point.

Of course they can still get it together, and like you said, if they win we won't even remember any slumps at that point...but if they don't...we definitely will...

Yea this is a bad time to have a slump if you're supposed to be a championship team. This is usually the time of year where elite teams really get everything clicking. Miami is also in a slump but they get the benefit of the doubt for being back to back champions. Indiana hasn't earned that yet. If this continues all the way to the beginning of the playoffs, it could really hurt their chances.
Good thing they still have time to correct everything before then. And if they do, then no one will even bring this up again.

Tough back2back against the Rockets for the nets. Should be a good one.

Indiana plays the Pistons Wednesday. They better win this one.

Kirilenko could be back either Tuesday or Wednesday from his ankle injury and KG could be back by next week. Team is 12-4 in his absence BTW.

Man, I wish Brook Lopez was healthy...BK will be a tough out anyway, but Brook would definitely put them in Katy Perry/Juicy J territory...

I've heard with Granger leaving, adding Turner and trying to squeeze in Bynum and it all going down around the same time of all this stuff has resulted in a general funk, but I can't say I follow the Pacers too closely. Its a grind, teams struggle, how they finish the regular season up will speak to their resolve.

I know these roster moves aren't necessarily turning over a quarter of the team, but i do believe that could have a temporary impact on the immediate and underlying issues. Just another test, really, so well see how good this Pacer team is. And I do like this team

Overall, he is what he is. To be honest, in the end he's a role player just like a lot of the Pacers players. They all fill a role that fits the team. He isn't a player that'd be a monster defender on any team. I think he'd probably be a good one on any team because of his size and rim protection , but he needs the right pieces around him to flourish IMO.

As far as his recent slump, I don't know how much of it is the team overall slumping or just him getting exposed. I think he played his best ball ever earlier in the year. He was easily a DPOY favorite at one point.

Slightly sad how Raptors franchise record for most road wins is 20.

Either way....42 wins now with 9 games left! 5-4 record to tie franchise record for most wins ever, and 6-3 to break it! 5-4 seems more realistic since 3 of those 9 games are against Heat,Pacers,Rockets, though rest are against bad east teams.

Big win for the Knicks against the Warriors. Only 2 back in the loss column to the Hawks who look bad right now.

EDIT: damn the East is weak.

Warriors with a terrible loss to Knicks. Steph was the only one who could shoot tonight going 10/21. The rest of the team shot 18/58.
