Bosh so hit or miss.. Has been for two seasons now.. He either looks like the most important piece on the court, or like he should be benched for guys who at least hustle/rebound... Luckily the first of those is who usually shows up in playoff games.

Spo never have Bosh a big role. The guy is almost get in where you fit in but it's stupid when he could be averaging over 20 a game along with LeBron especially with Wade out ...He'd rather wear LeBron down and hope he can save them again and it's at the point of not a great move.

Wade probably won't be that dude ever again and he honestly needs not be the clear #2 guy anymore but we all know that's too logical.

Who's gonna step up off the bench this year?

Jazz are leading at the half against Denver. Kanter has a double-double with 14 and 10, Favors has 6 and 6, Hayward with 11 points (all in the first quarter), and Trey has 5 points and 6 assists. All the kids are playing well together, expect Burks, but he's in foul trouble and has hardly played.

cole is probably going to have the biggest role out of all the other guys. we'll never know with beasley because spoelstra will not play him.

Part of it is on Spo, a bigger chunk I think is on Bosh.. Birdman, Haslem have both shown over the past two seasons that buckets are easy to come by if you'll cut to the openings. Birdman has had several double digit point games on close to 100% shooting since he arrived.. LeBron and Wade are both good and willing passers..

Any time Bosh has a chance to "free roam" he just picks a spot and stands there, a lot of times all the way out in three point land. That's on him.

Spo does need to get him more involved when he's in without LeBron though.

I'm mind blown that Lewis recently had basically replaced Beas and Haslem.. At least Haslem is somewhat back in the rotation. The Grizz game is the only game I can think of that Lewis has played decently.. But even then he's not much of a defender or rebounder.

I can't even remember which was the last game Beasley played but i remember the last time I saw him, he provided a pretty good spark off the bench offensively like he usually does and was doing a pretty decent job on defense. is he in the doghouse or something?

Mavs have managed to come back in the 3rd quarter, cut the lead to 3 (pending the likely review of the potential goaltend by Wright at the end), and they managed to do it while only scoring 2 points in the paint in the quarter. Meanwhile, the Suns have almost caught up in points in the paint (it was 24-12 at halftime, now its 26-24) but they've lost the lead and the momentum. Weird game, gonna be a good 4th quarter.

Spo's recent quote about Bosh all but confirms a large chunk of it is on Spo. It's a conscious decision. ATM, it's hard to critique too much since they are coming off two chips, but I have a feeling that "pass" won't last too much longer...

Don't get me wrong...Bosh's effort on the boards and defensively can be questioned....but I imagine it'd help a great deal if he was actually involved in the offense...

Hate to see his talent get wasted like that. Let's not forget how good he was in 2011 when he got some sets...he'd actually give Joakim fits at times...now he's pretty much his *****

I would absolutely love that 1st round matchup, would be by far the most exciting.

Can't do anything when they hit all the shots. Good season----better than expected. Should be in the playoffs if this team knew how to hold onto leads.

I agree with you. All I'm saying is that buckets for big men who play with LeBron have never been hard to come by. If Bosh really wanted to score more he could do so by cutting back door some.. I'm not even saying he has to do it every play, but it's much more efficient than just picking a spot to stand in. He's became a good enough shooter that players have to step out some and respect it, as long and quick as he is it should be pretty easy for him to get a few more looks on his own.

A few easy looks would be more points from him, probably leading to more confidence and hustle.. And maybe even a few more plays actually designed to go to him once he's already had a few drop.

I legitimately think he's a good enough and smart enough player to average 20ppg right now. Without adding extra plays for him, or Spo changing his game plan.. Which I agree with you and 23 that he should change it to get Bosh more involved, but Bosh should also be smart enough to realize opportunities don't have to be handed to him, he's good enough to make his own.
