Hibbert's offensive game is just lost. But He's still a good low post defender + Rim protector which is completely useless in this series because Hawks don't have a low post guy. Hawks have Stretch 4 and 5 guys which hurts Hilbert even on Switches.

And No Suspension on George that would be ridiculous if that happened.

Obviously looking strictly at numbers, it'll show a drop off but there's also a reason as to why they dropped off. Having lower numbers than the previous year doesn't always equate to a player regressing because he's not good or whatever...there's other factors as well that play a role which is my point.
      Right or wrong?

Again, I've already said a lot of it is on Hibbert himself. But to brush off matchups as if it's not an issue at ALL is being naive especially since the playoffs are all about...

      Spoiler

Don't know about George being suspended though but I wouldn't be surprised if he did. Gun to my head right now, I'd say he avoids suspension

I say the NBA won't even dare, but I guess they figured PHX would get over it one day

I mean, the incidents leading up to are not comparable in my eyes. I know that was a stupid call, and by definition this was an altercation of sorts.. If they do suspend PG ooooh man I don't even.. lol

Unfortunately it seems the two incidents can't be completely compared because Stoudemire and Diaw were cited as being 20 feet away from their bench, while this happened right in front of George's bench. I forsee the NBA ruling in favor of no suspension, but he did leave the bench and step on the court, while no one else on the team did...

I mean in terms of the rule itself, which everyone can agree is a stupid rule. I meant Amare and Diaw leaving wasn't a big deal because they didn't get involved in the scuffle.

George ought to be suspended based on the rule, but I bet he gets out of it.

If the League is looking for a way to lose most of the goodwill they've amassed over the last few days with how they handled this Sterling mess, then not suspending George will help in that regard.

League is def in a tough spot, because according to this,

Phoenix center Amare Stoudemire and teammate Boris Diaw have been suspended for one game for leaving the bench after Robert Horry's hard foul of Steve Nash in Game 4 of the Suns' Western Conference semifinal against San Antonio, a person with knowled

These two situations have nothing to do with each other.

I really don't think unless you are a Suns fan, you don't know how it feels to be screwed over by that rule. George should be suspended because he left his bench area. The only reason he didn't go very far is because he didn't have to.

So are you gonna explain why or just say matchups? My point is that if Hibbert had been playing like he was the first half of the season, he would be effective against the Hawks. No excuse for getting 3 rebounds a game.

I certainly do remember how bogus that was, but wanting to avoid that mess again and previously mentioned Sterling distractions have me thinking no

PG gonna wish they issued a suspension, anyways..

Looks like someone tried to pull him back at the end which is why he didnt go further but he was completely on the floor.

I've been known to do this lol. I'm sorry, but I have a sore spot about the Suns incident from 07. I also forgot about Duncan not being suspended back then and because of that, I feel George won't be either.
