CIS basketball is basically just Carleton (somewhat prominent university, mainly journalism, could hold their own in March Madness IMO) versus universities that are basically just a bunch of guys they picked up from the local community center.

Eh, I wouldn't necessarily characterize it quite like that. There's certainly lots of Canadian talent around but most of those who choose to stay in Canada do go to Carleton. (most people in and out of Canada say the Carleton program would be a mid major in the US) The other universities are pretty lacking but there's still some talent there. The thing is, 90% of Canadian talent is concentrated in Ontario and just about all those guys go south of the border.


Anywho, can't wait to watch the Raptors tonight. Here's hoping they can even up the series.

In all fairness though, Indiana has absolutely no excuse for not winning this series. They better win the next four straight. This series should be no more than five games, I've always thought that the Hawks would take at least one, just didn't think it'd be the first one.

I completely agree with you. I just meant that Atlanta played really well in game one. Indiana has been falling hard lately, but I don't think that's completely why they lost the first game.

lol, Raptors giving away black and white shirts to fans for tonights game. I don't know if they're doing it to mock the Nets, or if maybe they gave up on the series lol(I'm sure the second option is what Pack will say)

Cats will be evaluating Big Al on Wednesday... hoping he's able to go. We need him if we're going to steal a game or two in this series.

Also, I'm late on this, but Sunday was the first time in two years of his career that I've seen MKG as a long-term solution.

Atlanta/Indiana should be on NBA TV instead of the raptors/nets game

Hawks-Pacers is already on TNT, they can't have TNT and NBATV game.....Though I wonder who'll even watch Raptors-Nets game on NBATV. Game is blacked out in New York(it's airing on YES Network) and Raptors have their own network to air games on anyways.

Where'd you hear the one about Drake? And who cares about Bieber....he just goes wherever the most popular thing is. He acts like a Hawks fan when they win the Stanley Cup(and then breaks one of the biggest unwritten codes there is in hockey by stepping on their logo in the dressing room) and just goes wherever the popular thing is. Just like all of his fans.
