That's signing a guy for the sake of signing him SMH.
We do desperately need shooters and guys that can put the ball in the basket off the bench though.

I don't think it's a consolation prize for Parsons. The Mavs are going to need to fill out their roster with minimum contracts whether they get Parsons or Stephenson or not.
