    Well, that semi-finals series they could've been up 3-0 or 2-1 if they didn't collapse all the time. Besides, D wasn't the main problem in the playoffs (Dallas series and the T-Wolves series, except for 1 or 2 games, every game was close), inconsistent offense was. Most notably, Peja. Great one game, doesn't do squat the next.

      See offense comes and goes, but good championship teams can always rely on their defense when needed. You could have a bad shooting night, but when it comes down to it, there is no execuse for a bad defensive night. In the 4th quarter you have to lock down, that's the only way you win a 4 game series. Look at the Spurs, the Pistons, Pacers, Wolves during that last game, and even the Lakers when they want to.
