Didn't say that bro, but where was this thread when the last game was played?

<hr /></blockquote><font class="post"> not talking about just this game. did you bother to watch the lakers/spurs series, or were you blinded so much by your dislike for Kobe and love for TMAC that you didn't pay attention. The guy was carving up a good defensive Spurs team. It's just sometimes, he seems to be able to get what he wants, much like another great SG in NBA history. That's what I think makes Kobe on the road to Greatness. Now bringing MJ into the argument for comparison, that's how he used to be.

I'm tired of arguing with ya'll. Kobe's a gamer and he's the best SG in the L. I said he ain't Jordan but when he gets in that "zone" he can dominate a game. I'm goin to watch some [censored] ESPN postgame coverage.

its simple when you put your team in a better position to win...your clutch...kobe is more clutch than mac...maybe even regg...

but....neither kobe or mac make their teammates better...so its a wash...i guess

Which begs the question, who should we believe? The Forum guys, are Doc Rivers, a guy who's actually watched and played against the likes of Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, etc... and just got through from coaching another great player.

Here's another question. How come no one discredits Magic's legacy because he had Kareem Abdul Jabbar and James Worthy? Or Larry Bird's, because he had Kevin Mchale and Robert Parish?
