Now this comparison holds water. Who was more dominating, Shaq or MJ? Both players are and were basically unstoppable. Shaq uses sheer strength and size to bully his oppponents. Jordan used quickness, agility, and an unmatched desire to win. But who dominated his opponents more?

Gotta Go with shaq. He completely changes the game...The only thing with shaq is he needs to be fed the ball where as Jordan could bring the ball up or get the ball easier. As great as Jordan was, I've never seen a dominating force like shaq. Doesn't make shaq better than Jordan (Or even Duncan/KG for that matter), though... -

MJ. Why would you need to think about it. MJ simply was smarter and had more skills. Shaq is just 400lbs. There are no more real centers in the game anymore. When Hakeem was in, Shaq was owned. Jordan was never owned. He was the owner.Comment

I agree with KDRE here. Shaq is a dominating player but definately but Michael Jordan was never shut down in the playoffs like Shaq was against Hakeem and the Rockets.
I wuold like to say this for the last time-enough compare player threads. I sick of them already Kobe vs Mj, Shaq vs MJ, Lebron vs MJ. Will the carnage ever end?
