I know it's wishful thinking, but...

    PG- Jameer Nelson/Lue
    SG- McGrady
    SF- Hill/Gooden
    PF- Dwight Howard/Juwan Howard
    C- Declerc

    <hr /></blockquote><font class="post">

Why do people think DeClerc should start in the NBA? I think Orlando would start either Gooden or Howard at the PF/C position and bring Dwight Howard off the bench for a starting line up of:
pg- Jameer Nelson/Lue (who shouldnt be allowed near a basketball court let alone the nba)
    sg- Tmac
    sf- Hill (if healthy)
    pf- Juwan Howard/Drew Gooden
    c- Drew Gooden/Juwan Howard
    6th- Dwight Howard

    <hr /></blockquote><font class="post">

Gooden and Howard have already proven they can't handle playing Center on a regular basis in the NBA.

Yes, and its not like DeClerc gets a lot of minutes when he does start.

As good as it looks on paper, it isn't always the case either. I just don't see the excitement in Hill anymore. No way can he be what he was. Too many injuries and surgeries. He has screws in his leg. Bball players run alot, cutting, and jumping, man he may not make 82 games plus the playoffs.

It's only high hopes, but apparently he just wasn't meant to play with McGrady

Oh yeah, Lue I believe is going to opt out of his contract too. He could exclude himself from the trade deal, but he may not end up playing in Houston.

Lue sucks, please get him off the magic. Good guy and all, but just not very good. I hope the deal goes down tomorrow because I am so tired of wait. All the what ifs are keeping me on these boards wayyy more than I usually am. I need more sleep instead of staying on these til 2 in the morning.

If and when this goes down, its gonna be hard to root for 3 Western teams. Sacramento, Denver, and now Houston. Also, its gonna be real interesting to see how Mac plays with Yao.

Looks like the Texas triangle will be harder next season.
