Re: T-Mac to Houston??
They'll be getting players which is exactly what they need(Magic).I'm not a big Francis guy either so i'd say this isn't a bad deal for Houston.Comment

On Houston's ABC newscast today (7/18) they said that the Rockets and Orlando are getting closer to a deal that will send Steve Francis, Cuttino Mobley, and Kelvin Cato to Orlando for Tracy McGrady. I hope this doesn't happen because as much as I like T-Mac we can't get rid of our boy Stevie Franchise! Anyways just thought it was interesting.

If tmac has a choice he should veto that trade.
Yao might not be able to ever carry his half of the load to a championship effort , but Yao will get paid as much as a star because of his economic value. It would just be a bad deal for Tmac.
It would be a good deal for Cuttino because he is a bit of a ball hog and i dont know if a lot of good teams/ strict coaches would put up with his shoot first attitude and his eagerness to try and force the offense to go into a fastbreak attempt with him and Francis as much as possible. Mobley is so annoying and he often left Yao in the dust in order to push the rock when he was supposed to slow the ball down. Francis doesn't really benifit or hurt from the change. It could be argued that Stevie would be better away from Yao , because of how Francis has struggled when trying to slow the ball and go through the post *(which is the direction the rockets seem headed.)
Tmac should really try to go on a team with a couple big pieces already in place if he has any leverage.
Also how doew Grant Hill figure into all of this ? Any chance that he will actually be healthy this season or has he set his goal to like 2012? I don't get it amputees have healed faster then Grant. Grant Hill has the best job in the universe - he gets millions to go to like 4 duke functions a year and tickle the nostalgia bone of the rich alumnComment
