Re: ESPN News said GP says he wants to return too

I think GP wants to stay now that he sees Phil is gone.

No triangle = more freedom for GP to play how he likes

    The dynasty will return

Defensively he may still look "washed up" but in a different offense GP will be putting up 15 points a game. I am sure of it. There's no way someone can age that fast. When the Lakers were running GP was at his best. Then Phil started the triangle again and GP was lost.

GP will be averaging more than 15 points per game, seeing as how he averaged 14.6 this year while being restricted by the Triangle. Putting up 14.6 and 5.5 is great for any point guard playing in Phil Jackson's Triangle offense. On defense, it wasn't as much of his fault as people say it is. Shaq was the one who refuses to come out and help his point guard play the pick and roll.

He was getting burnt and you would have seen Sam and Hudson do the same thing if they were healthy. His D has slipped alot.
