    Re: Bye Bye Kenyon?

I like Camby more than Dampier. I love Camby's shotblocking and hustle plays. Yes he is somewhat injury prone but that is why the deal is full of incentives and no gauruntees. Nene is another hustle player but a player his size should have had more rebounds.

Also I think people are being too hard on kenyon. Yes he benefited from JKidd but he is a beast, with good post moves and a developing jumper.

still i don't think kenyon martin will get all the easy points he would get with the nets. He's not really great in the half court game, besides this will stunt nene's ability and nikolz tistkoli (sp). this is bad imo. They should use the cap on someone else. Like they should have used it on dampier instead of camby.

Denver runs the fast break more than the Nets do. Andre Miller is no Jason Kidd but he is certainly a capable point guard.

Nene is overrated. His stats are not all that impressive, considering you guys say he is definitely a starter-worthy player.

This gives them great depth with Boykins, Nene, Lenord and Anderson off the bench. Now if only they can find a SG still on the market.

still i don't think kenyon martin will get all the easy points he would get with the nets.

NJ needs to threaten to match unless they give up Nene. They would be stupid not to.

There's a story on ESPN that says Denver is reluctant to do a sign and trade for Nene. Am I the only one perplexed why Denver is so hellbent on keeping him? Kenyon's still a young buck. I don't see Nene becoming a star in this league.
