He's not really great in the half court game, besides this will stunt nene's ability and nikolz tistkoli (sp). this is bad imo. They should use the cap on someone else. Denver runs the fast break more than the Nets do. Andre Miller is no Jason Kidd but he is certainly a capable point guard.

Nene is overrated. His stats are not all that impressive, considering you guys say he is definitely a starter-worthy player.

NJ needs to threaten to match unless they give up Nene. They would be stupid not to.

There's a story on ESPN that says Denver is reluctant to do a sign and trade for Nene. Am I the only one perplexed why Denver is so hellbent on keeping him? Kenyon's still a young buck. I don't see Nene becoming a star in this league.

Yeah, it says they're trying to get Skita. Maybe he would flourish in the East. He can play PF and still pop out for 3's and such. But the dude is 7-1, he's got to be able to do something at some point.

                  Re: Bye Bye Kenyon?

Nene will be a great energy guy off the bench behind Kenyon. And while KM has yet to prove himself, denver has a great supporting cast where he could flourish. And I would not at all mind if Skita ws sent packing. I beleive him and a resigned rodney white would be enough for Kenyon (just because NJ wants to cut payroll but doesnt want to leave empty handed). I think White could be a decent player but Denver has to give something.
