I dont know if they ever featured Livingtson at all but he's there new kid, why not have a story?

If your talking about the banner on the top of the page, not only does it feature Brand, Maggete, and Livingston, but also Wilcox, Kaman, Richardson, and even Mike Dunleavy....

I dont know what your going on about. Perhaps Kobe will remain a Laker but I dont think this is an indication...

Kobe gets to be the superstar on a team built for him on the Lakers - probably the classiest organization. There isn't really another team that can really win him over ... the clippers aren't terrible with bryant but they are just kind of like a second class version of the Lakers who will spare no expense. I believe the base contract can be higher if Kobe stays w/ lakers , I would guess a move is unlikely.

Kobe gets to be the superstar on a team built for him on the Lakers - probably the classiest organization. There isn't really another team that can really win him over ... the clippers aren't terrible with bryant but they are just kind of like a second class version of the Lakers who will spare no expense. I can't see why Kobe would prefer to play with Corey, Elton &amp; whomever they have in the middle over Lamar, Caron Butler, Luke Walton &amp; whomever the Lakers have in the middle.

If you think Laker fans are mad about Shaq leavin', just wait to see the reaction if Kobe bolts too and the Lakers are left with NO star power in their lineup to draw fans. It would be suicide for Kobe as far as his fan base (which is HUGE in Los Angeles...see all star voting) and it would be murder for the Laker organization.

I love Luke Walton as much as the next guy, but if you're relyin' on him to put people in the seats you're going to go bankrupt. Luke is the kind of guy that can make winning a championship easier for a superstar. Luke probably isn't a superstar himself.
