I'd like to see Boozer, Wade, and Lebron as the base for the '06 World Championships, plus Odom if he still wants to play. Let the other 8 spots just be up for grabs to whomever plays the best in '06

Re: Team USA vs. Lithuania...for the Bronze
Pau had the best post up game in the tournament. I agree not much else though.
But as far as dribbling skills, you're a joke jordan0386. Watching international basketball since the original Dream Team (I think I even have some old video tapes of these games), I noticed most teams had trouble dribbling under pressure, but that has improved immensely. You're obviously talking about fancy crossover dribbles or something, because these teams were no worse than the USA in ball handling skills. There are a lot of good passers too. These teams play some great team and zone defense which makes it difficult to make the fancy passes you're probably wanting to see. And as far as the tougness factor and refs enforcing the game, you obviously haven't ever watched basketball outside of the nba. This tournament has been the worst I've seen in my 15 or so years of being a basketball fan. By far. Worst refs ever in fact and that's probably being a little kind. Sure the NBA has bigger, stronger player and more contact but that doesn't mean there's no toughness in other leagues.
Stop being so narrow minded.Comment
