Shaq always did look like that in regular clothes. Well, atleast to me. He looks like he lost some weight, but I doubt he weighs less than 340. Remember, he was listed as 340 last year, but everyone knows he weighed more than that.

An in shape shaq is from like 300 - 325. 240 would be a sick shaq (meaning poor health not "sick!")

He was in good shape in the playoffs last year. He moved better then he had in a few years even though he weight 340.

People started calling shaq out of shape a year late, because of the Kobe circus, and the quote of kobe calling out shaqs weight.
They went with the hype instead of mentioning shaq was his dominant self in the playoffs in spite of the lakers team and the lakers second option - Kobe not playing up to expectations.
