Ok Lebron, it's OK to sign early now. You don't have to keep waiting like 2 weeks after FA starts to sign a new deal especially when you're not meeting with nobody else this time.

What's so bad about Jason Thompson? Big man who can play around 25 mins a game,making under 7M...doesn't sound half bad. Not fit for the 76ers, but I could see them dealing him not too long from now.

That'll all probably be blown up in a few years anyway (or in midseason,when Karl quits), so it probably doesn't matter.

How close is that to the max? I heard something about him saying that he would take less to help them keep both Curry and Thompson just a few days ago.

It's about 8 million under the max. They can keep the core together regardless of how much he took.

West landing in New Orleans or Boston would be ideal for me since he's one of my favorite players.... However, with my luck he'll go to Cleveland or Houston.

He wants to be a starter doesn't he? And more importantly,on title contending team...kinda hard to get BOTH of those factors.
