Do you not realize this impact this has on the Mavs? We are absolutely, 100% ****ed. Because we waited for DeAndre trying to get him, we missed out on a bunch of other free agents that would have been great for us. If we would have known he was going to be a Clipper again when he made his original decision we could have quickly reached agreements with a lot of other guys, we still would have been screwed, but now we're even more screwed than before because the rest of our free agency plans all hinged on who we were going to get to surround Jordan.

VERY poor move by Jordan.


Teams use the FA period to build for years and agreeing in principle is a MASSIVE thing. Teams get one guy = they then don't go after others = they add pieces that match = they decide to go for the ring VS rebuild etc etc etc.


So, so much depends on players commitments.


Really, really poor form by Jordan. Completely lacking in class.

I just had stupendous idea.What if Cuban gets so pissed that he actually makes trades just to strengthen another team so that they would hurt the Clippers chances. Just a thought.If your going to tank...Tank hard!! no no Tank Harder!!!

I just had stupendous idea.What if Cuban gets so pissed that he actually makes trades just to strengthen another team so that they would hurt the Clippers chances. Just a thought.If your going to tank...Tank hard!! no no Tank Harder!!!
