Re: 2015 Offseason Thread
More to do with a movie studio wanting to do a Space Jam sequel with the current most recognizable NBA player today. Getting on LeBron for this is grasping at straws in the never ending Jordan/LeBron debate. Though, it's inevitable.Comment

I'm going to take a wild guess the Space Jam rumor is back around because LBJ posted a WB logo?Comment

He could've turned it down. That's like Dwight Howard doing Kazaam 2. Go ahead and tell me D-12 wouldn't catch some heat.Comment

Re: 2015 Offseason Thread
Why would LeBron turn down such a lucrative opportunity to expand his brand? And yes, Howard would catch some heat, but why would he agree to Kazaam 2? Who is out here campaigning for a Kazaam sequel? You're reaching.Comment

Re: 2015 Offseason Thread
Why would he turn it down though?
Space Jam was kinda stupid, this one will be as well.. But it's fun, and the age target for what the movie's main viewers will be aren't even old enough to know anything about Jordan, Chuck, Ewing, and the rest of the original cast.
I kinda expected this to come at some point. I was actually surprised they didn't make a sequel with Kobe a few years back.

Re: 2015 Offseason Thread
Well, WB stands for West Baltimore, according to Melo's Tattoo and West Baltimore is one of the settings for The Wire so this can only mean one thing....#RespectTheCultureComment

If that's the case Jared Sullinger still has time to eat himself into the Proposition Joe role.Comment

Yep.
The Wire had actor Michael Jordan in it, so of course he would sign on....
