Have Serafin and Gortat played on the floor at the same time before?

Hump is just more mobile than Nene and I like his mid-range a lot better.

It's a negative mark against the team your boy happens to be on, so of course you feel that way.

This was the first damn minute and a half of the game. I would love to know where the foul was there. Especially considering what they decide NOT to call come fourth quarter time when contact much more apparent than whatever the hell happened there is happening and both ends of the court not even just against the Bulls, but as usual, the team against LeBron's gets the brunt of the "oh my bad, we missed that one." Like him picking up the ball with two hands then continuing to dribble on his drive to the basket down the stretch in game 4 before his buzzer beater. Of course the three guys somehow looking in David Blatt's direction as he calls a timeout he doesn't have while all the way INSIDE THE THREE POINT LINE.

Am I saying the refs are the reason the Bulls are losing this series and about to get booted from the playoffs? Nope, they have themselves to blame for that. But lets stop pretending like certain calls being made or not being made in certain situations of the games don't have big impacts on the way the game progresses forward. Case in point, Noah getting a phantom foul in the first minute and half of that game affecting the aggressiveness he can play with on defense on a team that's got the best rim attacker on the planet and one of the best offensive rebounders in the league in TT.

No and I'd prefer not to see Serafin. Besides having terrible hands he has zero bball IQ. Vs a team like the Hawks who are heavy on spacing & rotating the ball your defenders need to be dialed-in with their rotations and their heads on a swivel. He's lost on defense when it comes to rotating. He's also a black hole on D. Vs a team like the Bulls he'd be much better suited since he could bang with their bigs.

Man we could play this back and forth game all day. Remember LeBron getting fouled the play before he hit the game winner? That wasn't called and it was blatantly obvious. Refs make bad calls or no-calls all the time, for both teams.

So if the Bulls win the next two, did the NBA/referees have a change of heart and decide to give the series to the Bulls?

                  I wouldnt answer that.

This would imply nba refs have a heart

Nobody other than pro-Bull or anti-LeBron do feel that way though.

These so called "certain calls" go both ways, the missed called on Noah when LeBron was about to get a game winning layup.. Or the travel last night in the 4th that wasn't called when the Bulls hit a 3 and further cut into the lead, or 90% of Noah's moving screens, and loose ball fouls, other **** that he does, or Dunleavy still grabbing and shoving anybody and everybody around on lose balls when the refs are watching the rebound just like he did in the Bucks series. Jimmy being allow to put not one but BOTH hands on LeBron every time he posts (supposed to be an automatic foul), the call you pointed out yourself last game when the ball was off TT and you said should have been a foul on Noah..

Just because one 50/50 call goes against your team at a big point of a game doesn't mean refs are strategically giving calls at certain times to benefit another team.. You sound just like ThreeKing right now, and you guys aren't saying any of this **** after games the Bulls have won.. If Rose misses that game winner what would the excuse for that game be? I know there would be something.

Idc about this foul thing(because imo both fans have been hypocritical on the subject, and i aint just talking on os either). But the bulls may need to be down 3-2 to force them to come out with enough fight to win this series and reach there potential. Chicago is one of those teams that when backed into a corner they come out kicking and screaming. This may be neccessary to wake them up, and realize that its time to do work. If this game doesnt do that, than i take away all the props i gave to this bulls team over the years.

Props to the Hawks though, they stepped up the defensive intensity. If they win Game 6 and the Cavs close out the Bulls I think they beat the short-handed Cavs.
This one of those situations if Nene gets the block out. Even if he didn't trip up. Al doesn't get a free rebound and wide open lay up. John Wall made the stop already. To completely the stop they needed that block out.

Don't even man. I'm ALWAYS on the refs in the NBA because they are incompetent. I call out missed calls that the Bulls benefit on all the time. Check my post history. Thing is, there's pretty much never these major game changing calls going in their favor. The travel, they definitely got away with, but excuse me for not shedding as many tears as you'd like me to about LeBron being on the wrong side of someone getting a travel non call after he's made his career on "crab dribbling."

Funny how we ignore me saying there's been bad calls both ways and how I point that out ALL the time during the game discussions. I also just said that the Bulls have themselves to blame for where they're at, but no I'll totally make excuses. You also point out Noah setting illegal screens but yet you guys will point that out and say nothing about TT doing the same thing. I'll call out a bad call whenever I see it, you guys don't. But nah, I'm just being a homer.

You see why I never talk about refs.....bad refs are part of the game. It's super subjective. And can go on fighting for days. I live with the results. I feel much more at peace now.

edit: Also... Just opinion since we are talking about that video. It seems like Naoh grabs his right arm from grabbing the ball. But you can't see it from that angle. It's a long rebound. But Noah grabs him which refs thinks is what keeps Timothy from getting to the ball. Looks like a bad box as well. Noah never got his body on Timothy.
