Seems like Love is being severely under rated in this thread. I understand he was regulated to stretch 4, but in his brief playoff stint, his game was expanding. Its easy to say we beat the Bulls w/o him, but say we lose that series, people would say Love could of helped us win. And yes we were already a great rebounding team, but Love is both a great rebounder and good 3 point shooter.

The Cavs DID beat the Bulls though, so that argument is irrelevant.

Love is a great player, no one is denying that. The argument and whole idea of this thread was if the Cavs continue to succeed without Love, do you pay him MAX money for being the 3rd option?

Yes they do. If a player doesn't record a single point, steal, rebound, assist, shot attempt, etc then how do they even play games? LOL enough with the trolling already, you have only proven how very little you know about sports.

it doesn't matter, the Cavs are likely going to pay him the max to be a 3rd option which makes the thread a moot point

The thread was created to discuss what each poster would do as GM under multiple scenarios, not just the Love scenario. Lol man you need to chill.

I know that, Im just saying, just because we are having success w/o him, doesn't mean we let him walk. Like I said, earlier, you sign him to the max and thats it. You dont talent walk because you had success w/o him. If we DID lose to the Bulls, Love would be reason/excuse #1, it was talked about before the series and Im sure it will be talked about in any series we play.

Actually you're the one with the problems and they include reading comprehension and staying on topic. You turned this into a Love/Bosh thread when you made the ridiculous statement of:

You still bring him back, he still makes our team better. Winning the finals shouldn't be a reason to not bring a guy back. In the end, Id rather have Love than 3 more role players on this team. If that means paying the max to a 3rd option, so be it(especially when your 1st two options are who they are).
