Sorry this is a little off subject but looking at Summer League games on NBATV they have some commercials where regular people turn into NBA TV commentators for a brief moment. Anybody seen this and know who the hell the lady is that turns into Chris Webber? My goodness

In the words of Steve Austin "Oh Hell Yeah" when she flips her hair....bruh....

First half of Knicks v Spurs, Porzingis doesn't look bad. Hit a off glass jumper ( points), showed some pick and roll and has a pair of blocks. However, that lack of strength is pretty evident though. You can see him getting held off pretty easily on defense with one hand a few times and when he tried backing down a Spurs big man, he couldn't really move the defender. Really does need to hit the weight room.

I thought he looked pretty good also, obviously needs to get stronger and better conditioned but he has the tools it seems. I thought it was weird for Walt to say it was a stupid play for him to go for that loose ball. I thought most coaches would take that kind of hustle? Am I wrong with that?

I know they say don't throw it under the opponents basket but that was at half court.

Thought Porzingis defense was a lot better than I expected. Rebounding was as bad or worse than I expected.

I would love to know where this narrative that Blatt isnt a good coach came from. During the season the Cavs had a bunch of sets that they ran, and the Cavs were statistically one of the better teams at scoring off of inbounds plays. Cant find that stat right now but I remember seeing a graphic in April or something that showed the percentages.

During the finals they really didnt have an offense, but ISOLebron was the best options. It didnt matter who the Cavs had on the bench in the finals, tey just werent gonna win that series.

Good under these circumstances usually ,wouldn't be good enough.I've never been one to give a coach $#%* except for pringgles. That was mostly because the Lakers should had hired Phil Jackson. Whether or not Blatt is a good coach remains to be seen. Imho He gives good motivational speeches,but thats about all i know. I was also under the impression that head coaches could coach summer league if they wanted to.

LaVine wasn't as good today but showed some grit.Towns played ok for a rookie in his first back 2 back game.Portis is nice! I definitely need to see him play more games.
