2 Minutes a game isnt nearly big enough of a sample. 30 Minutes is mroe than half of the game and a fair assessment I think.

Getting back on topic here -

I'm going with an 8 for Big Ben. I'm a big fan of Wallace and the Pistons, and I firmly believe he is the best defensive force in the game right now. He does everything on defense, and is the focal point of the nasty Bad Boys 2 defensive scheme.

And while he is definitely a defensive player, his offense is coming along nicely. He can, every once in a while, come out with a big offensive output, although you can't count on him to score 15 every night for you. Ben's becoming more and more reliable around the hoop, boosting his stock.

Ben Wallace is a very good player, and I'm rating him an 8, although his stock would be higher if he pulled some more weight offensively.

              C) Shaq has one move. Catch...travel...travel...elbow...dunk.

              D) Watch a game. Ben added significantly to his offensive game last year.
How come once anyone ever makes a mistake, they all of a sudden need hooked on phonics. It was funny the first few times, but now its getting pretty old.
Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.

Exactly, and Clay why do U have to be an *** to the dude just because he doesnt agree with U about Ben Wallace? If he's being a Pacers homer, you're being a Pistons homer. The dude posted what he thought and gave his reasons. Why do U have like 10 posts in this thread trying to discredit anybody who doesnt think Ben Wallace is completely awesome? What the hell is the point of this thread then?

I would give him a solid 7. Defensively, he's a 9 but offensively he's a 5. He looks lost out there offensively except when he's rebounding and has no range whatsoever. As a purely defensive player, I'd take him on my team. I wouldn't really want him to try to score other than offensive put-backs though.

He can be a huge help to some teams but not to others. If you're running your offense through Big Ben, you'll be looking at some low scores. It's a good thing the Pistons have at least four decent to good scorers.
