I gave him an eight.

Sure he grabs some boards, plays decent defense and yes he leads the league in assists, but beyond that he doesn't do much else. His shooting is terrible. Was this ever more evident in the playoffs? He gets a lot of his points on fast break layups, which raises his average up to the high 30's.

Now, with all this said, I don't know if there is anyone else I would like to have running my team, as long as my team had offensive weapons. Kidd could look very vulnerable this season without K-Mart, but we shall see.

He is getting older, but Kidd is still one of the better PGs in the league.

Some boards?how about nearly 7.5 a game.Decent defense i would say is an understatement.

He does what he needs to do..He leads teams and he plays the point very well.True his shooting could be better but he's a pass first PG.And his defense and rebounding is what sets him apart from better shooting PG's but that can't play D.(Steve Nash)

- He's a crybaby - Something he doesn't like..."Trade me"
- He misses a lot of open jumpers...but doesn't stop taking them
- Other players don't clamour to play with him. Good players LEAVE his team...that says something

i gave him a 9. i think his shooting is the only thing keeping him from a 10. also, he's had a history with being difficult on teams. im not liking that.

I gave JAson Kidd and 8.

He is a very good player and has tremendous court vision but to me to be a 9 and 10, You have to be a game changer.

I give him an 8

He's a great all around player but just can't hit most open shots. He's got a bit of an attitude problem and his career is going to take a big downturn with his injury problems. If you asked about Kidd next offseason I wouldn't be surprised if his rating dropped to a 7 or even a 6.

i gave him a 9. He can do it all, but shoot which is why he didn't receive a 10. Only a few players in this league are a 10.

GREAT PG, too many off the court issues though. No matter how good you are, you have to loose points for being such a distraction. Especially when you openly critisize the talent of your teamates....8.
