Damn, never thought I'd see people openly root for Wade to go to Cleveland to play with Lebron after they had their Heat run, lol

We still feel the same way about old heads ring chasing and joining championship teams or nah?

There's a bit of a difference. Wade already has 3 rings, Durant doesn't.

Durant is chasing a ring with one of the best teams in the game.

Wade is going to play with a former teammate.

That's all PR Speak, so don't take it literally.

It's not like he can say what he really feels like he's tired of playing with Westbrook, Golden State is stacked and it would be easier to win championships with "Super Friends on steroids" or California has hotter women/better night life, so he has to say stuff like that instead.

Damn straight on that. And you know....the "not liking playing with Westbrook angle" is something I did not even think about. If he really can't stand him then hey...I get it.

I was not beating my chest as a Heat fan when we got Lebron. In fact I was in absolute shock. I was grateful for the time he gave here. Very grateful. I was also happy all the fake fans bailed with him too. We had so many bandwagon fans....it was awful. Finding original Heat fans is not easy. But I am one of them. Proud and still a season ticket holder.

My favorite season to this day was 96/97. "The Road Warriors" as we called them. We knew we would not get past the Bulls....but what an amazingly fun, hard working, tight knit, kick *** team that was. 61-21 and what a ride it was.

Wherever he goes it has to be the people's choice and not his own

Even though some of them were clamouring for him 2 days ago, now he's a heartless wussy man

Are these violin songs good enough to be considered hot takes?

But yet folks ****ted on Ray Allen(who had a ring BTW)for leaving Boston and "not going to war with his brothers" to go play with Lebron and Wade in Miami(one of the best teams in the game at the time)

But as usual, we pick and choose what's acceptable and what's not, even if it's the same exact thing lol.

I hope Wade resigns in Miami or somewhere other than Cleveland, because the only way he comes here is either we deal away Shumpert, Frye and don't match Delly to free up cap space, or LBJ takes a paycut for one year.

Saw it mentioned earlier, but TPEs can't be combined with players.

I don't know how reliable the source, but I reported earlier in the morning that a report stated the Cavs are not matching Delly.

Yeah...you know...in the end....your right.

He can go anywhere his heart desires. And I am telling you if he went anywhere but GS he would not be getting the flack. It's fresh in the mind the 3-1 collapse and it just looks.....bad. And I am being harsh maybe with the "Weak Sauce" talk. But that is the alpha male athlete in me talking. It's all fun and games anyway for me. Just talking crap. We all do.

But whatever. Good luck to him. Still gotta play the games. Paper means jack.

We just said any team except the Warriors. Forget OKC. I'm talking Spurs, Clippers, etc., which are contenders. I mean he can go where he wants, but if he wins a ring this year with GSW don't come screamin how his "legacy is complete" or something.

And god help him if they don't win, it'll look horrible for him.

So then we're finally all in agreement that the Warriors were/are a great team then? Cause a month ago they were still fluke champions who only won a title because every team they played in the playoffs were injured and we saw what happened when they "played a healthy Cavs team." Some people were talking like if it wasn't for injuries this year the Clippers would have beat them if they played. Steph wasn't the MVP to quite a few from about game 4 of the Western Conference finals until the end of the Finals. 73 don't mean a thing without the ring and all that but suddenly they were "already a stacked team" when word gets out Durant is going there. Winning 73 regular season games makes the Warriors a stacked team, but LeBron's Cavs that won 66 games is still to this day somehow trash everybody on it but LeBron.

Lol you're going to the extreme here. First off, no one was saying they weren't a stacked team, not even me. I gave the Warriors their due this year. But remember when I said you're always bringing up LeBron in **** that has nothing to do with him? What in the **** do the 08-09 Cavs have to do with anything going on in this thread? Come on brah.
