re: 2016 NBA Offseason Thread
You talking about the Dennis Rodman who spent the first 5 years of his career beating up those Bulls? The same Dennis Rodman who spent 2 years in San Antonio after his Detroit stint? The same Dennis Rodman who was never a top 3 player ever. The same Dennis Rodman who was 34 years old before he ever put on a Chicago jersey. The same Dennis Rodman who had fallen out of favor with just about everyone in the leauge who the Bulls traded for?
The same Clyde Drexler who only faced the Rockets in the playoffs twice in his entire career? The same Clyde who the Rockets traded for? The same Clyde who was well past his prime?
You want to talk about logic but also want to draft up some revisionist history for the sake of convenience. No one mentioned Magic or Bird. You did.
These situations are not the same. Carry on.Cubs | Bulls | Dolphins | 'Noles

It'd be funny/weird seeing Rondo AND Wade on the same team, along with Jimmay. Ain't nobody gonna be listening to Hoiberg on that team, lol#RespectTheCultureComment

You know I heard that the Broncos and Von Miller are having trouble coming to terms, maybe Von should join the Warriors too?
That way they could have some "defense"....
I mean might as well right?Comment

re: 2016 NBA Offseason Thread
For the people who think the Durant to GSW move wasn't pure cheese. How would you feel if LBJ signed with the Warriors today.
If it's going to be like this more and more in the future I think it's safe to say the value of getting ring doesn't mean much anymore. I know players have teamed up before, even in the 80s and 90s,etc, but when a top player like Durant jumps on a 73 win team who was considered possibly the greatest of all time last year by many, it's beyond ridiculous.
Just sign all the top players to GSW this season and call it the dream team. Watch all the other teams play a season of useless basketball. That sure would be fun to watch.......for one city.
The amount of salt because of this move is crazy.

Wait...didn't Wade blatantly break Rondo's elbow a few years back?
Either way...Wade's not leaving Miami.Comment

re: 2016 NBA Offseason Thread
Hoiberg bout to quit by Christmas if they get Wade too.
Only reasons I'd be cool with them getting Wade despite Gar's lying *** talking about getting younger and more athletic.
A) In order to get him, they're more than likely waiving Calderon's contract to free up money. Good riddance, further spares me from seeing his *** running up and down the court in the UC
B) We ain't going no damn where with this team, front office and coach anyway so I may as well be entertained by the dysfunction that's about to go down if they pull this off.
C) I feel SOOOOO much better if the Bulls are walking into recruiting meetings with all this cap space they're clinging to next year if Dwyane Wade is walking in with them rather than trotting out these two stooges GarPax yet again to get turned down. Paxson been striking out with marquee free agents for a damn decade now in that front office.
