Wizards open up the Phone Booth tonight.

I doubt I will keep CSN to watch them all year. So frustrating.

It's hard when your 2nd, 3rd and arguably 4th best players are all out. I'm surprised that they're keeping games as close as they are to be honest. At least Solomon Hill showed a little something last night, I was beginning to really worry about that signing.

I was also glad to see Asik and Ajinca's minutes are steadily getting lower and lower. Those two are just too slow and nonathletic for today's NBA. I'm not saying that Cunningham or Terrance Jones are great by any means, but anything to keep those dinosaurs off the court.... and I'm all aboard the #FreeCheickDiallo train over those two. Anyone who can bring some energy and grab a rebound or make a layup here and there would be an improvement over Asik.

Has Asik fallen off that badly, or is it a terrible fit? Seems like he was serviceable up until his arrive there in NO.

He was likely better suited to get good minutes off then bench for his career rather than the big pay day he got. He was pretty effective in that role with Chicago.

I like Frazier. He might not ever be a star but he's balling and doing a lot more than I think anyone expected.

Asik was good in Chicago and he was probably even better in Houston. I'm not sure what it is, him being older, having too many miles on him, the game changing, etc, but he has been terrible in New Orleans. I mean, a layup is out of his range, that's how bad he is. He can make a dunk when he goes up strong, but more than likely it will get blocked because he's so slow.

Frazier is a baller. He played well at the end of last season and is continuing that this season. I'd actually like to see him be a little more aggressive, especially in the final minutes last night, but he's definitely been one of the few bright spots..... which means they will probably trade him for a 2nd Round pick in a few weeks.

Man it's really hard to get a win when every nights, every teams are out there to try to destroy you. That's how sometimes favourites to win it all at the beginning of the season end up in the lottery. It's extremely unfair but that's how it is. I bet the Hawks are gonna have the game of their life tonight against us aswell.

I'm gonna adopt the VniSystem this season. Every loss the Knicks take this year must be because the other team wants to get their win against one of the leagues super teams, D Rose put a target on our back smh.

Al Horford out tonight and later in week against Cavs with a concussion. Marcus Smart returns tonight though.

I was going to say, I think many forget how many starters they have out. Holiday won't miss a beat when he comes back. He's not hurt, just taking care of his new born and his wife after a life threatening surgery. Frazier's filled in great so far. Evans should be another boost but I'd be more worried about him getting back to form.

I really thought Jones would be a great addition, especially early on with so many missing. He's been practically invisible.

They are in a weird spot, and Davis absolutely kills the stat sheet but I'd almost rather see him take that KG like role. I felt like KG did a great job of making stuff happen for the guys around him when he was working the top of the key.

Right now it's almost like teams aren't worried about if he gets his because they know they can still win. He for sure doesn't have much to work with, but him just getting the ball at the top of the key and shooting or getting it back to whoever is up top isn't really giving them much of a shot at having a good enough offense to steal a few wins while guys are out.

I feel like Davis just does a whole awful lot of catch and shoot. Which he's pretty much an automatic mid-range threat, but I feel like he needs to force other defenders to react for anyone else on his team to make plays. Those guys, outside of Frazier, can't make anything for themselves, and they get stuck having to do that without Davis being utilized as a bigger part of their ball movement.
