What's even worse about LeBron and Wade "firing back" at Barkley is how lame what they brought up was.



The original story of Barkley's altercation where he threw the guy through a window. But LeBron cites that story as if Chuck was just some out of control ******* that did something to some innocent bystander. Bron in that same situation what's he doing?

You don't need to post this or anything else... Chuck is who he's always been. LMAO @ LBJ calling him out for saying he's not a roll model.

The main problem with Lebron going in on Charles is Charles will go down that entire list and say, "Yup, yup, did that too, yup... you still crying like a little baby." Meanwhile the easiest and most obvious comeback would be to bring up Charles' empty championship trophy case... instead he got his big brother Wade to come back with some more soft insults.

Can't wait to see the "hand shake" between these two. $5 on James biting his lip, talking smack under his breath while he walks away while Charles stands there laughing staring him down.

You're right Wade... but that message should be for your boy. He ain't bout that life.

I interpreted Barkley's comments as him saying that LBJ is literally good enough to make any series competitive no matter who the opposition is fielding on their end. I don't see how that's him "disrespecting a legacy" or should be personally attacked for that.

If anyone is getting disrespected here, it's Barkley.

This is some bottled up passion by LeBron because his response honestly doesn't even match what Barkley was saying.

Yeah...no use trying to make Chuck a saint. He isnt one and wont claim to be one. What's funny is Bron could have 'kept it basketball' and been just as scathing with all CBs team/ team mate issues...lol

I was wondering if Wade and Barkley ever made up after their tiff in 2011, but from Wades comments it doesnt appear so.

I dont think Ive ever heard Chuck or LeBron apologize for anything theyve said so I dont expect this to resolved either....I think Bron would take back his comments if he could though- call him whatever- but thats not really him..

I don't know why this is even a thing. Chuck said some stuff, and has been for awhile, LeBron said obviously eventually got tired of hearing it and said some stuff back.. it's really not a big deal one way or the other.

How many times has the star of a defending champion team gone to the media to moan and groan about not having enough help?

I'm not one to hate on players for speaking their mind, but LeBron can act like a spoiled brat at times.

Not to mention none of what he said was in direct response to Chuck. He took offense to a legitimate critique, flipped out, and went into a tirade of irrelevant and personal ****.

How many times has the star of a defending champion team gone to the media to moan and groan about not having enough help?

I'm not one to hate on players for speaking their mind, but LeBron can act like a spoiled brat at times.

Because LeBron isn't moaning to the media about "not having enough help". That's what people like the ones here try to build it up to be. "Omg he needs help", "he doesn't have help", "it's 2017 and we're talking about help".. blah blah blah same bull**** over and over and over. That's not LeBron saying any of that.

All LeBron did was state that this team from a personnel standpoint is worse than last years. He said they need bodies to get through the grind of the season. Birdman is down, JR is down, Kevin Love has been down, they have no back up for Kyrie, Richard Jefferson is LeBron's back up.. LeBron asked what if he went down for a couple weeks, Kyrie for a couple weeks, I mean he has a ****ing point.

Last night they played a rotation of DeAndre Liggins, Kay Felder, James Jones, Jordan McRae. Does that really look like a team poised to make a championship run? Answer that honestly. He knows Kevin Love's injury history, Kyrie's injury history, Shump's injury history, he's witnessed it first hand. And now add JR to the list, and Birdman gone too.

LeBron is a smart basketball mind, he knows what it takes to get over the hump. It doesn't take a genius to see that if anything happens to Kyrie in particular, or any other starter that this group doesn't have the pieces to fill the void. They don't even have what little Delly and Mozgov offered as replacements last year and the year before. He's the leader of the team, he has every right to voice any concern as to where they can make improvements.

All this extra stuff, the omg I need help, I'm so whiny, blah blah blah.. that's addded bull**** from people like us, LeBron isn't the one saying that ****. Just because people like to take something an athlete says and blow it miles out of proportion it doesn't make it any more/less true.

This is all bull**** OJ. Being 100 with you.

A) Going into the year even after the Warriors got KD, it didn't stop cocky Cavs fans and LeBron himself and the rest of the Cavs from rubbing their championship in the Warriors' faces and talking big about repeating with that same damn roster. Even when they beat the Warriors on Christmas, the 3-1 jokes and the Cavs having the Warriors number talk was rolling. Now all of a sudden the Cavs don't have enough to beat them?

B) There's no team in the league that's poised to make a title run if a key starter gets injured, so the Cavs aren't in some unique position.

C) What exactly is the front office supposed to do to fix all those issues you mentioned? They have the highest payroll in the history of the NBA, they're currently sitting at a $129 million dollar payroll and a $54 million dollar luxury tax bill. If Kyrie goes down tomorrow what are they supposed to trade Kevin Love to get somebody to replace him? What exactly are they supposed to be doing to overhaul their bench in January?
