Man, if we get Gobert back now, that is huge. We'll go from being outmanned and outsized in the paint to dominating in there as long as he's 50%.

        Chris Paul deserves better.

Favors looked awful last night. Wonder if we give Bolomboy any burn if Gobert is still out. He's at least athletic and can bang on the glass.

Westbrook actually let his teammates do somethig other than watch him go 1 on 5 and they produced. Amazing.

That Thunder team is way more talented than people realize.

They have some decent pieces, they don't have anything special. Oladipo and Mcdermott have been ok, but nothing great.

Westbrook doesn't have the options most teams do. I can't stress that enough. And I know it's beating a dead horse, but it's the truth.

Kanter, Gibson, Roberson etc... It's just not enough. OKC doesn't have one single second option on that team.

Chris Paul has all that help in LAC, and can't even get anywhere. At least Westbrook has gotten to the Finals, and past the first two rounds, even if it was with Durant.

Westbrook just gets a raw deal.

Well, most of us here have been saying that for awhile. People just didn't want to listen for some strange reason because if we said "Man, Oladipo isn't playing well tonight" then people would take that as us saying "Man, that team doesn't have any talent".

But anyway, is KD playing tonight?

One thing to add, Game 2 in Houston, OKC had a nice double digit lead. I believe it was the third quarter and Westbrook went to the bench for a breather.

Poor dude couldn't even rest for 5 minutes before his team blew the lead. And it wasn't whittled down, they just blew that **** in seconds.

KD is questionable, but does it matter? Portland got destroyed by a Durant less Warriors team anyway lol.

Portland is done, and I'm pretty sure Nurkic still isn't playing.

Or Blake and Chris are "made of glass." Every year you can count on one or both of them suffering injuries and "ruining" their playoff run.

Biggest difference between them and Stockton/Malone is durability. Plain and simple.....

True, he does need help. And not just better supporting pieces. He needs another big name, to be the 1A/1B option. A team with WB as the primary option on offense is never going to win anything of consequence. His offensive style isn't built for that.

And I 100% agree with that. If Okc somehow beats Houston, he's MVP to me. I have no dog in this fight.

I know Westbrook at times can have a sloppy game. But, what he's done is incredibly impressive.

I'll gladly take Blake in BK especially with our medical staff.

We gave Brook a new foot twice and look at him now. So I have no doubt about doing the same for Blake. Plus, Blake can also fill our Lightskin Dude quota since we have an opening right now and NBA Bylaws force us to have one on the team.

And the same could be said of Harden. He ain't going anywhere being the main guy. Question is, do either of them want to defer and share that spot, or would they rather stack individual stats, be lauded for "heroic" solo performances, build their brand, and lose in the 1st/2nd round.
