Man that ain't no damn L. Any celebrity trying to play the "I don't know who you are" card with another celebrity (especially when the celebrity they're trying to pull it on is more famous than them) is automatically disqualified from handing someone an L for such a weak comeback.

You really trying to say Draymond is more famous than Connor McGregor? Plz tell me you're joking

Subliminal shots have been in the game for years. Social Media just allows you be more subtle with it and makes people play the "Is he talking about so and so or nah?" game.#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: 2017 Offseason Thread
Conor McGregor's star is still on the rise, but he still is a big star in a sport that is well behind the NBA. Green has been a very prominent focal point of the last 3 NBA Finals for the IT team in sports right now. More people are going to know Green before McGregor. Hence why he's so desperately wanted the Floyd fight. It raises his profile and Nets him the biggest payday he'll ever see in his career.

Lol bro, you're reaching hard here. Take it from someone (me) who's circle of friends includes nobody who watches the NBA. None of them know who Green is but all know McGregor. If you want further proof, look at McGregor's 5 million twitter followers to Green's less than 1 million. Facebook Green has 527k likes to McGregor's 6 million. Etc etc
There are tons of people who just don't care about the NBA. Draymond isn't anywhere near a household name but McGregor is pretty much there.

Meanwhile I'm 100% certain Magic's timeline would be all inspirational memes, cheesing selfies and him riding around to some MC Hammer.Comment

There are a ton of people who don't care about the NBA and a ton more who don't care about the UFC. But that's fine, we'll use Twitter followers and Facebook likes when you can't even separate everyone with multiple accounts, companies pages that are counted in those numbers or random people that 'like' a post that he might make that'a been shared by one of his followers. But this isn't the place for this discussion.

You need to take this L with Draymond, lol. Conor is far more popular, not even a discussion.Comment

2017 Offseason Thread
Yeah Draymond isn't close. People know the Warriors but the average person knows Curry and Durant. Everybody knows McGregor, regardless of if they follow MMA or not.
I'd wager a lot of people outside of the US who don't follow sports don't even know who LeBron is, and wouldn't know Jordan by looking at his face. But everybody knows McGregor. He is at this point bigger than the sport he represents which is why he's branching out into acting, like Rousey did, and now boxing. The UFC doesn't attract crowds and gates like it does now if McGregor leaves the sport.
Draymond can just clap back by saying he has more money though, if nothing else.

My lady is literally their size. 5'9 and weighs the same as them. What really gets me is that she is pretty thin. So I can't even imagine how small these guys are in "real life".Comment
