He dunked at the end of the first quarter in the Raps' game against the Wizards. He didn't count because the quarter was over, but I believe Alston went for a last shot (and it was a total air ball) and Vince dunked it just as the buzzer went off.Originally posted by EWRMETSComment

its sad how you guys are quick to criticize. You guys should know that Vince has a lot of skills and potential. I'll admit, he's declined a lot and isn't really a star anymore. But I believe if he gets traded that he will start playing like a star again.
I was very skeptical of this article anyway, it is either a joke by Carter or he really wants to be traded. Either way it's clear that he wants out, period.Comment

I hope he gets traded so Vinsanity comes back... I remember the days when I'd watch the top plays on Sportscenter just waiting to see what crazy dunk he made that day. I haven't seen him do anything like that for awhile.Comment

VC has stopped doing highlight reel dunks for about 3 years now. He's too comfortable with fadeaways. A new team won't change that. He hates contact and no one is more fragile in the league. In tonite's game he got a light shoulder to the head from the massive Larry Hughes and dropped like a rock and laid there for a couple of minutes like he had been shot. He had to go back to the dressing room probably to call his mom. The replay showed my 4 year old could give me a harder shot. In contrast Jameson caught a nasty elbow to the mouth, fell down, gathered his senses and got up in 10 seconds. Everytime VC gets jumpers knee he's out for 6 weeks.
Imagine if VC got traded to Minnesota, watching him flop around on the ground would give Garnett a coronary. Love to see Garnett bitch slap him and yell "Get up girly-man".Comment
