kidd is only a good fit in dallas because he can pass and set up guys like findawg dirk and stack. Not in minny because he cannot shoot for anything and KG would get doubled more. Not good in GS because the team isnt going anywhere im sure he wants to win NOW

Re: Kidd trade scenarios
Kidd is from Oakland he would have no problem playing for the Warriors. He would also turn them into a playoff team. T'Wolves don't have the young talent that the Nets want in return. Dallas has some young talent but I can't see Cuban taking on another huge contract and them giving up on Devin Harris so soon. Warriors have the most young talent to offer either Dunleavy or Pietrus along with expiring contracts and draft picks.Comment

Re: Kidd trade scenarios
To me, he be a perfect fit in DAL, for the simple fact DAL is a scoring team & Kidd is great @ dishing the rock.
To me Nash is the better scorer than Kidd, but Kidd is the better passer/rebounder & turns the rock over less. DAL would be a better team with Kidd, as a Spurs fan I hope it doesn't happen, but then again, I rather my Spurs win the title this year playing the best teams with their best players on the roster & healthy, would make the championship that much more sweeter & impressive. Which is why I'm sad to see the Fakerz breakup, b/c I wanted revenge on them suckerz!
How glad I am as a Spur fan that (A) Kidd didn't sign with us 2 seasons ago (B) We kept T.Parker!Comment

Re: Kidd trade scenarios
I also think that of those 3 teams, Dallas is really the only team that makes much sense for him.
I think he'd fit in well in Denver with Melo and his boy K-Mart, and Denver could make it happen by giving up Miller and maybe Nene, but I dont see it happening.Comment

Re: Kidd trade scenarios
The guys on NBA TV INsider is speculating that Dallas will offer Terry, Armstrong, Henderson and a future draft pick for Kidd.
Just to clear things up M.Daniels is in the first year of his new contract he signed this summer therefore by the NBA collective bargaining agreement he can't be a part of any trade. The Mavs are not going to make this deal if New Jersey wants Howard either so at this point I would say Cuban isn't giving up either of the three young guns Howard, Daniels or Harris.
As I stated in another thread the Nets are looking to clear salary cap room more so than they are looking for equal value in a trade for Kidd. Terry brings them a young scoring PG which is still a solid deal and and both Henderson and Armstrong comes off the Nets books by this summer if that trade scenario goes down. Also, don't be shocked to see A.Mourning included in a deal aswell.NCAA FOOTBALL 14 ALUMNI LEGENDS CPU vs CPU DYNASTY THREAD
