    Trade him for Kawhi

That's pretty much Westbrook's stop an pop move.
There are plenty of anti-Oladipo strategies and Cleveland should mix in all of them:

-Pressure him in the backcourt and make him work to carry across the timeline
-Double team him any time he touches the ball in the attack zone
-Flash double him whenever he is involved in a high-screen which should force him to step back and allow his defender to latch back onto him

Unless Kyrie, Brown, Horford etc all willing to take paycuts in the future, something or someone is probably gonna have to give (don't forget Jayson Tatum in a few years). I don't know what big time player you think they'd be able to get with a package centered around Marcus Smart? But logistically, it might not be feasible.
Who said Smart was the centerpiece of the trade? I sure as hell didn't. I said he would be the money piece in the trade. It would be something like Tatum or Brown (lean Brown), SAC/LAL pick, and other 1st rounders. Obviously in this scenario the centerpiece(s) in that trade would be the SAC/LAL pick and the young player.

Im certain we'll see some of that tonight. The thing is will the Cavs do it for 48 minutes for the rest of the series.

The Cavs actually did a lot of trapping in last years playoffs and it worked out pretty well for them....I'm a bit surprised they didn't come out with that seeing as though they have even younger legs than they had then...

Not one of them has been totally committed to defense this year, including lebron.

Playoffs now, Bron and the more experienced guys can lock in....for the new guys, those regular season bad habits the team built are harder to switch off...

They did trap a few times in game 1 but didn’t really stick with it. I’ll be surprised if they don’t do it relentlessly on Dipo tonight. And 23 that was my thought as well on countering that play, but I feel like Dipo would just run right by the guy especially if it’s Nance. That’s probably better than giving him space though because he’s been burning teams with that for a couple weeks now.

Yeah but Bron was talking about they didn't get a chance to establish who they were all year earlier today and blah blah.

Dude if you go out there not committing to defense, then yelling at teammates and coaches when you get burned, nobody else is going to commit either....especially when you have sticky hands on offense.

Yeah he can run right by, but its going to take help to counter that, which again, if there is anytime to be consistent, its now or never.

I'd say if anything Bron had the opposite of sticky hands last game...

I'm talking consistency and the whole year long, not one game.

The habits they formed or lack thereof.

I really hate this “must win game” term that always gets thrown around this time of year.

There’s no way you guys can still actually think the Bucks are winning this series. Maybe i’m just a biased boston fan, but come on.

Jabari Parker is averaging 1 PPG and shooting 14.3% from the field.

Their starting shooting guard (Tony Snell) is averaging 2 PPG on 28%

Eric Bledsoe is playing like a poor mans Mario Chalmers

Cavs put Hood and Green on the bench, start JR and Korver. Solid move.
