Ahhh spoken like someone who knows The Struggle is coming. *Birdman rubs hands gif*

Just to let you know 24, it’s not that bad once you get past the first 2-4 years of it. It’s hard at first but you start to enjoy it after awhile. Worked for myself, Vni and King.[emoji1474]

I dunno...you guys are all throwing out these trade ideas like he's a sure fire thing to return to his previous form, but I see red flags. Am I missing something?
It was discussed ad nauseum all year and it was bad enough not to play.

I haven't heard an explanation for why Kawhi shut off communication with the Spurs initially. Struck me as extremely unprofessional and frankly a bit soft.

Anyone have a handle on the details?

He didn't though. Even in rehab Spurs medical officials were with him the entire time.

So it is expected that he'll definitely be able to return to 100%? I know the situation was discussed ad nauseum, but I haven't heard anyone say he's going to be good going forward. I actually had looked for articles a while back and no one seemed to have good info on it.

Someone mentioned that he is healthy now...can't remember where it was posted but I'll try to find it.

Of course it'll be drowned in the noise of drama because people don't care about his health lol.

What I do know is that I trust Danny Ainge. I've doubted the man many times in the past and each time I've ended up with egg on my face. So whatever Ainge decides I am completely cool with. #InAingeWeTrust

Since the season ended Leonard’s status has not been updated. However, Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports*discussed it on a podcast*with fellow NBA writers Chris Mannix and Michael Lee.

Charania believes Leonard is nearly 100-percent healthy and will be ready to start the 2018-19 season. However, he and the organization*still must sit down*and work out their issues (h/t*Pounding the Rockfor transcription):

“There were setbacks over the course of the summer, rehab issues not dealt with the way they needed to be dealt with, and that set him back to start the year.”

“He’ll be ready [to play next season]; he’s already I think close to 100%. He’ll be fine going into the year… I think he’s reaching that point of 100% health.”

Thanks for digging that up...I hope that's the case. If I'm a GM I'm doing my due diligence (I'm sure they are) to make sure that's the reality before I bring him in.

Meh, it’s not like he’s done some off the wall/head scratcher moves since he’s been in Boston.

Him moving Hayward after 1 game would definitely be a shocker to literally anyone.

Idk I can see Pop retiring soon after what he's been through the past couple months.

I envision some dark days for the Spurs, you guys are due for some smush parker-kwame brown ish era one of these decades.

8th pick is better than where he was drafted anyways lol.

Thompson is the ideal big to pair alongside LA, Hill would be good for them with Parker and maybe Manu on the outs, Clarkson could likely start for them or assume Manu's old roll.

Cavs could take back the awful Patty Mills contract, rid them of Gasol or Green's money as well.
The Spurs don't want low Bball IQ players, Clarkson and Thompson are those kinds of players, so zero appeal there.
