If they sign Capela to a max offer sheet either we match it (which I am not so certain we do) or we S & T for Jordan since he apparently wants to come to one of us Texas teams. Either which way I believe we are going to walk away with Capela (preferrably) or Jordan. Depending on the market for Cousins this will be a non-issue but this also depends on the market for Capela who will I don't think he is a max level guy, will still get paid at that level all things considered.
Yeah that's what I meant by Phoenix being set, weird wording on my part. So does Houston come back with the same roster as last year then?

Nets just biding their time for these next 2 years and I’m perfectly fine with that.

Feels good not to make rash decisions with god awful contracts/awful players like we gave out under the last regime. Y’all teams giving out bad contracts to garbage players just to stay relevant for a year...can’t relate[emoji1479]

Probably not with Ariza wanting his supposedly ridiculous contract and possibly having to max Chris Paul (seriously kill me). Max we make it work for 2 more years then start shuffling pieces out hardcore.

Ariza can want whatever...I highly doubt he gets all that much given how strapped for cash everyone is this year; I envision him signing for the MLE somewhere.

Yeah Ariza might have ****ed himself out of a few bucks shooting all those bricks in the WCF considering hitting just a couple of them might have kept momentum on their side.

Didn't matter if he played like a Michael Jordan & Will Chamberlain combined the dude is 32 about to be 33 in a few days. He wasn't getting that contract period. Personally I want him back, for like 6 million a year for 2 years. Not for I think it's 4 yrs 55 million lmao.

On a side note he played his *** off and had great defense that entire series, him and Tucker played like men possessed. The shooting thing happens especially when you play as hard as he did so I ain't mad, but I still don't envision anyone paying him that kind of money. Now, watch it be us now in some cruel sense of irony.

Y’all keep underestimating these GMs and their ability to give out awful contracts to guys on the other side of 30.

LeBron to the Lakers is such a fake media hype story just to get media hits/ratings. Tired of it.

The Cavs cannot create cap space to sign anyone. They would have to unload their entire team to create space and ain't nobody taking on JR or TT's contracts.

Which is why I'm so excited to pay Chris Paul 30+ million a year at 33 years old with bad knees. Look at my smile Pack I'm happy! (Kill me)
