As a UNC fan myself, I'm not that high on him. He has potential but mehhh, so did the Harrison brothers.

That's one of the first things that stood out to me. Dude is NOT a diva. He plays hard, keeps his head down, and goes to work. His motor is ridiculous. He doesn't force things and fits into an offense well - moves the ball and makes quick decisions.







Shooting, consistency, figuring out how good of a playmaker he really is, bit of a rigid athlete. There's a ton of debate in this thread about him.





Separately, are you still following the Hoyas closely? My interest in college hoops has been relegated to scouting future pros and that's about it. Suffering through the occasional UConn game.

My love for the college has waned some. Partly l becuz JT3 ran us into the ground and partly with the breakup of the Big East. Idc how good Creighton and Xavier are, I’m not going get excited to watch my Hoyas play them. I miss Cuse, UCONN, Pitt, etc...

I DVR gtown and watch UK. Kinda sucks though because I don’t know much about these kids when they get into the league now.

Its not being talked about much, but the Mavs now have a great chance to keep their 1st. I don't think they have won a game since the all star break.

Yeah they are winning the tank game.. It's top 5 protected right? Would be nice for Atlanta if they just fell a bit short and Atlanta ended up with two picks in the top 6.

Yeah, it's Top 5 protected so "great chance" is an exaggeration.

Knowing the way life goes for the Knicks I fully expect Dallas to win the lottery and pair Zion & KP with Doncic.

Later part of the draft. He another one of those players. It all depends on where he finishes. Tonight is a HUGE game for him. The deeper the better. Any early exit I say 20 and down. There are a lot of better players at his position in my opinion. We haven't talked about over sea players much (Which I've been tracking this year)

Maybe a unc homer pick but at 6'5 with his quickness, defense,ball handling and scoring ability at a Point Guard I don't see many guards coming out this year as good as Coby. He's been dominating big games.

As a on ball defender I watched him lock Battle down when he switched on him last game

After your above post. I double checked the espn mock and nba draft.net mock. Everyone seems to have him as a combo guard or straight up Shooting Guard.

ESPN has him at 20.

When it's all over the place like this. I usually like to think it's where he leads his team in March. Like I said tonight is a huge game. If he can have the same game he's had vs the Duke the last 2 times. He can jump in and lock his spot up.

Well the first game against Duke he didn't play well, the 2nd game he took over in the 2nd half.

White has talent, but his court vision is awful. No way he ever transitions into a combo or big-point even though he has that skill set. Hangs on to the ball, always looks to shoot first.. I'm just not that impressed as of now.

Now if all you are looking for is a guy who can come in and give you some scoring off the bench, he could develop into a great asset for that. But I'm not drafting for that in the lottery. That was something similar I said about Monk too, they just don't impact games enough to warrant that high of a pick.
