"Tantalizing draft news:" The Post has learned, ESPN and the NBA are "zeroing in" on allowing Woj & company to tweet out the picks before they are announced. Last year, Woj broke the pre-plan agreement after Marc Stein started tipping picks. I'm "fixated" to write a column on it

I just don't get why Woj and whoever else is so hell bent on releasing the picks early. Just completely takes away from the excitement and anticipation. Obviously I'll just stay off the internet, but still makes no sense to me.

Ehh that doesn't change much for me, it's easy to just watch the show and not check my phone for a few minutes.. But I'm finding out who gets drafted where anyways just a few minutes after, so it's never really felt like a "spoiler" to me.

Hawks also got a future 2nd from Miami in the deal along with 1.88 million

For the record last year we traded a 2nd round pick that ended up being Mitchell Robinson for this years hornets pick which ended up being 44 this year. We then trade that pick for cash and 24 2nd round pick.

Draft spoilers is a thing? Lol I've always wanted to know ASAP who the **** is gonna be on my squad. I'd much rather find out from a tweet than sitting through a damn TV show.

              Re: NBA Draft 2019

In all honesty I'd be really surprised if there wasn't a team out there that would take those 3 contracts for some 2nd round picks, especially if they got some back from the Lakers, and/or cash considerations..

Wagner is a late first caliber guy, so I would think finding a partner should be easy. He's also a nearly 7 foot guy who moves well and hits 3's.. We just saw a similar type guy (Meyers Leonard) have a monster playoff game.

I would be pumped for Memphis to give up multiple 2nd rounders to get Wagner, they don't have any this year, but my point is I can't imagine it wouldn't work for other teams. Philly for example has 3 this year and he's a substantial upgrade over that Bolden dude they had to play this season.

If the Lakers go the "spread the money route" rather than just one max guy I actually think they should keep Wagner. I think he'll have a good career.

He is way too slow and UCF played zone to hide his inability to guard pick and rolls. He was also guarded pretty well by bigs with a little bit of strength to them regardless of their height. He didn’t exactly dominate that conference that UConn fans are dying to get out of.

for you Lakers fans the 2nd round pick Atlanta got was fake so it was a pure pick sale. This means they likely missed their chance to buy a pick from Atlanta.

Since the Bucks aren’t picking anyways, it doesn’t really matter anymore, but I love Bruno Fernando towards the end of the first. Feel like he’s this year’s John Collins where I had him 10-15 spots higher on my big board than the media did.

Per Woj, the Knicks worked out Coby White last night.

I'm starting to think they're looking at a separate trade that doesn't involve their #3 pick. Might want to move future picks and maybe DSJ for to get another Top 10 pick.

I think people are sleeping pretty heavily on Romeo Langford...

On one hand it might be because I've physically watched him play since his Junior HS year, but also because his year at Indiana was nearly a massive waste & one that hurt him more than it helped him.

He's a lengthy scoring wing that has tremendous poise and composure. He's the type of guy who can get you 15-20 a night and not be any version of a locker room distraction whatsoever. His vision is pretty solid and a lot of times he actually looked for the pass before he pulled up. Pretty solid shooter before the thumb issue. Not that it's a huge thing, but he lead scoring in the McDonald's All-American game.

                              I think he's a gem.
