Pelicans looking good, them going small with Mirotic has been a genius level move. He plays off Davis so well. As a complimentary player he’s basically been an added star on the cheap.

Be interesting to see if they can actually add some pieces over the next couple years. They’ve got a good team, but Hill and Miller shouldn’t be getting big minutes on a playoff team in the West. They could really use another starting level guard with an outside shot.

They let up a bit (and were a bit tired as well) in that 4th quarter but overall, that was a nice win. The Cavs might be a pesky losing team this year. Heavy minutes for Kawhi and he delivered. Gonna be really interesting to see how the Raps do against the C's on Friday.


Oh and congrats to coach Casey for winning his regular season debut for the Pistons.

I was thinking more along the lines of a pure shooter. Ariza wouldn’t be a bad fit for them though, but not at that price tag.

Hornets deserve to lose for wearing solid white shorts with those pinstripe jerseys. Either commit to the pinstripes or don’t.

Just caught the highlights. Is there a reason they're only committing halfway to the pinstripes? It looks awful. Reminds me of the time the Lakers wore short shorts but with modern baggy jerseys.
