I honestly think I'd rather have the Knicks potential trade package than the Lakers, but it sounds like if the Pelicans agreed with that, Davis would already be a Knick at this point.

I do think there's a chance, albeit a very low percentage chance, that the Pelicans could actually like a trade involving the Bucks more than the Lakers too, but it's very, very unlikely.

Do the Knicks really have a package with Porzingis gone?

Sure. If the Pelicans wait for the offseason (which I think they probably should), the Knicks can potentially offer Zion, Knox, DSJ (or Frank if they prefer), plus like 3 or 4 first round picks in the next 4 years if they want. I would definitely take that over the Lakers offers personally.

Landed in Indy; update on Lakers-Pelicans talks. Magic Johnson, Dell Demps talked twice today, per source. Lakers willing to give Pelicans cap relief for Anthony Davis by taking Solomon Hill for Lonzo Ball, Kyle Kuzma, Ingram, Rondo, Lance Stephenson, Beasley, 2 1st round picks.

I very much disagree with this. It's too much.
