Strange trade for the Hornets. They have 16 players on their roster now and 11 of them are forwards!!!! Magloire at center and then you have Baron, Dickau, Harrington and J.R. Smith at guards. Jim jackson will surely play shooting guard in New Orleans.

I understand why NO did it. Both contracts expire at the end of the year, and there is the off chance the foreign kid develops given some burn.
What I don't understand is why Houston took on Wesley's contract. He isn't very good, and they already have several players at his position. Their real need is at PF and they have no given away their two trading pieces that could've been used to acquire someone to fill that void.Comment
