It actually looked like Jimmy tried to move the leg.. wonder if anything would have been called had he just held ground. Not sure Lowry could have gotten a foul call if he had to run out of bunds to avoid a charge.

He's obviously compromised which is why we're seeing more Norm and McCaw of all people.


Anyways, the Raps are showing more life and the defense has been much better. They're still missing a TON of shots though. They should be up by at least 6 points right now.

Yes lots of raptor fans have complained about kawhis tunnel vision this season.

Kawhi has developed tunnel vision the past few years

To me this is part of the reason they aren’t a marginally better team this year than in years past. On paper they replaced a fringe All-Star level guy with an All-NBA first team level guy.. but DeRozan’s ability to get to the free throw line and his willingness to make those quick passes when they are there is lost a bit now. When Kawhi is hitting those baseline fade-a-ways they are tough to stop, but it feels like they are better by a good margin when Green has it going and Siakam has a good game rather than when Kawhi is scoring in bunches. Part of the reason I think they were so successful in general when Kawhi didn’t play at all this year.

Going to be hard to find that balance with Siakam hurt, they probably need 40 point Kawhi now and hope their defense does enough on the other end.
