Will Amare be BETTER than Garnett?

I don't think he will, because of Garnett's versatility and his ability to make his teammates better, but you could make the case for Stoudemire. He is scoring more often and more efficiantly than Garnett ever has, but he doesn't do anything else as good as KG.

    What do you guys think?

I dont think so either. He cant even average 10 boards a game, u need at least 10 rebounds to be considered a top PF.

his post game is pretty average also. He is a beast no doubt, but i dont see him joining TD, or KG any time soon.

I do think though that Amare has really benefitted from having a lot of stars around him. Sure, KG had Gugliotta and Marbury when he was coming up, but the Suns squad is loaded.

Shawn Marion and Steve Nash aren't exactly stars. Plus, this is only Nash's first year with the Suns. Amare has a lot of support no doubt, but he is good, and if he keeps it together he'll soon be great.

I understand that Amare is young and anything can happen, but KG will one day be one of the best PF of all-time that never won anything. It's really too hard to tell. His potential is still sky high but I think he needs to explore the rest of his game.
