I lived in Sac during Christie's years (just moved). Christie is a solid player, and a very classy guy. But, the whole Jackie thing is a trip. Little known fact; Jackie demanded the Maloofs' (Kings owners) fire some front office girl working for the Kings. She was like a low-level secretary, and apparently Jackie thought she was putting the moves on Doug. The Maloofs actually fired this chick, citing some other lame reasons. She turned around and filed a suit against the Christie's. Geez, pretty weird.

Trade-wise, this is a steal for the Kings. Doug is on the downside, has plantar fascitis, and is 35. Petrie stole another one in Mobley. I still thinkt he Kings will be lucky to be a five seed, but a very solid deal.
