I never knew about this! But I totally understand his thinking though. Especially with all his responsibility.

As someone who grew up in Chicagoland while the MJ Bulls were taking form and then winning, this is a must watch for me. Bittersweet with how far this franchise has let itself go.

If you weren't there in the 1980s/1990s, suffice it to say that these Bulls were just an incredible common ground that everyone in the region shared. I remember thinking they had no chance against Magic and the Lakers, and then they went out and squashed 'em. I remember watching that switching-hands layup over and over and over. I remember the t-shirts, hats, honking of horns, fireworks etc etc.

It was an amazing time/chapter in the history of Chicago.

There was rumors of Houston trading Sampson for Clyde+the pick. Would have been Hakeem, Clyde, Jordan all on the Rockets.

Was happy to see Isiah Thomas make his cameo in Ep. 1. Well known how he and MJ...uh, have had their share of drama.

I doubt there's a player in Bulls history that stirs up as many mixed feelings as John Paxson.

From the looks of the preview for Ep. 3, it looks like we're going to be seeing plenty of Isiah next week.

Damn Basketball Reference went out of their way and made a page for MJ last dance

Materials that you may find useful while watching the ESPN Documentary on Jordan and the Bulls' 1997-1998 season.

                        Fantastic.

The disrespect he shows for jerry was amazing.

Love all the old footage, and I’m learning a lot. I was only old enough to really remember the end of his time with the bulls

Bowie was a questionable pick because of injury concerns if I recall. Not to get too off topic but Portland ****ed up multiple times drafting a big man over a generational talent, this and then Oden and his creaky *** knees over Durant.

Are you talking about Walton? And Oden? Oden was clearly the right pick for the Portland. His only problem coming out of college was foul trouble. When Ohio State faced the repeating deep *** Gators team (with Al Horford and J.Noah). Portland already had Brandon Roy correct? They needed a big men. I wish people would realize this. The draft is luck. From the numbers falling a certain way to The picking of the players. You can't even grade a player until his career is over.

Walton I don't know much about. But from what I've heard is that he went vegan? And that's when all the injures started. Again I have no clue on We Walton.
