Definitely weirdest off season ever. My basketball brain feels out of sync. Hopefully this is a chance to return some sort of normalcy back to life.

I'm just happy the Jazz can put aside contract negotiations now and just play some ball

Entire core is locked down for the long haul now aside from Conley expiring after this year

I don’t see how anyone can expect him to be even average as a rim protector this year. I mean he is going from high school to a conference where everyone but 1 team is trying to win. I think he is really going to struggle and will have a big spotlight on him.

I actually think Wiseman will be fine. He’s a big body and skilled. He’ll adjust. Not sure why so many are down on him.

It’s like Christmas morning if you’re a Nets fan.

So basically it’s Christmas for me. Been waiting almost 2 years for this day and it’s finally here. All I ask is just one injury free season for us. [emoji1488]

Seriously.

He was a Top 3 prospect in high school and would’ve been a problem for a full season on the collegiate level.

And he’s not the first player to basically miss a year of competition and then enter the league.

I’d have more reservations possibly if he went to a worse organization.

He’s playing with a former MVP who commands attention and in an offense that creates lots of open space.

I just got to rant for a second here. Yes Network was on YouTube TV for a minute. I literally live 2 train stops from Barclays Center. So if your a cord cutter like me. That puts you in a very weird place. NBA league pass doesn't work because of bs black rules. Yes Network doesn't have streams service like a MSG does. Yes only works on Hulu Live. So because this forces me into place I can't talk about publicly because it's iilegal (VPN/Pirate Stream). Tonight's game I will be able to watch because it's a national broadcast and it will be on TNT. Why can't we pause black rules for the time being so everyone can watch games. Especially local followers.
