At least on the Nets basket it looks that way.

If DJ is going to hurt our offense, especially with the talent we have, then we have bigger problems lol.

I was and still am on starting Allen but as long as he’s still playing starter level minutes, that’s more important. Not to mention the fact that we’ll always have at least one above average rim protector on the floor at all times.

And KD was always going to play the 4, just like he’ll
Play some time at the 5. The notion that he wasn’t going anywhere else was never going to be the case.

Mad late due to the post-Christmas dinner nap, but wow the NBA has to stop scheduling these teams for marquee games based off of hyping up a player (Zion) or a team (Warriors)

Those two games were brutal to watch

Start rewarding teams that consistently play well and make the playoffs. A Nuggets/Jazz game would have been awesome today, but oh well

          Merry Christmas fellas

Also, these Celtics uniforms are undoubtedly the worst in the league

Loving the defense I’ve seen from us in these first 2 games so far.

Guys at the PF position don't bang anymore. They haven't for the past 5 years and some change.

If anything the PF is the prime position to Iso from. What's the Center going to do? Rotate and give up a lob/dunk? That PF is on an island now.

Hey, hey, hey, this has always been something that Kevin (and LeBron) have objected to and not something I'm pulling from my ***.

I clearly think he can do it, the position's role has changed in the last 10 - 15 years and that it'll help him age more gracefully.

It also doesn't help that they don't really have a viable option to start over him.

Going small, him having to be a constant rim presence/help defender and having to "bang" (whether people agree that still happens or not) could be an issue for his legs as the see moves along.

DeAndre will eventually be a issue clogging up the lane and needing touches, but I'll drop that conversation for now. We'll see if Nash sticks with him all season.

                        Needing touches?

Sir this is DeAndre Jordan we’re talking about, not AD or KAT lol. ALL of his opportunities will be created for him from lobs. Dassit. He is last in the pecking order as far as offense goes so he is the least of my concerns on this team, lol.

Bos was right there and then KD made like 5 straight shots and that was that lol. But I thought BOS hung in there for a little while with no Kemba. They miss Kemba so badly. they just need that additional guy when Tatum or Jaylen go to the bench for someone to carry the load. BKN is going to be tough to beat barring the most important thing health.

2 games in ... Looks like Jaylen might've made the leap which is huge.
