No, he didn't but I think Pop had Poeltl in for defensive purposes & rebounding. Didn't help that LaMarcus also sucks at setting a screen too.

Clint easily could have defended Jeff Green down the stretch it wasn’t like he was going to have move a lot on defense. He said in the press conference Clint was “really fatigued” which I doubt in 30 minutes. Looks like he was +19 on the night. You don’t have to close with it but he should have played more.

A few other mistakes he made was when Joe picked Trae up full court Should have someone set a screen. Clint would have been the ideal man for that or at least yell at John to do it. He should have also had Trae throwing the lob at the end of the 4th

I thought the same thing. But I'm guessing once one team goes small. You have to match up. That's all I got

Like the win by the Sixers. Wished we didn't give up that lead that fast late, but showed grit to withstand it and still pull out a victory. Felt like most of our wins were games we would have loss in past years. I think we are 10-0 with all 5 starting lineup. Good game from Ben. Those are the type of games, you want to see from him and only 1 TO. But, don't see him as an All Star unless he stays consistent from here out. But Tobias has been huge this year. He has been consistent and efficient so far and it has played a big factor. I said earlier in season that we needed him to be a 20ppg+ and efficient scorer and he has provided that. He needs to be that 2nd scorer with Ben on the team. He's almost at 20ppg on 50+ FG%, 45 3pt%, and 85 FT%.

I want to type angry/negative things about the Nets even in a win...but I also have to continue to be patient because:

1. The season is only a month old. If they’re looking/defending like this in the 2nd half of the season then I’ll start getting concerned. And right now, my concern level is at a 2.

2. These 3 have only have played 4-5 games together with limited practice time. Most of their time to develop chemistry will be during games so gotta take with the good with the ugly on the court. Defense was actually fine for us, it was the 4th quarter when things got hectic(for those that didn’t watch the game and just box score watched).

I agree that Capela should have been on the floor. But Nets do make it difficult with those small rotations. At the end of the day though if he’s late getting out on Green I’ll take that look over Kyrie, KD, Harden taking those late game shots regardless.

I want to address what your saying. I just don't understand when people say these kind of things about young players. He's 19 years old. Is it even his 10 game yet? Yeah numbers wise he doesn't look good. But man, I see a lot of advance skills. He just seems to need time and training.

As of right now. I think the reason he's so inconsistent. Is his balance. His form looks great. It's just his balance is off. Which is why his jump is short some times.
