Still not worried about the Lakers in the regular season for the most part. No need to read too much into all these losses down 2 starters. LeBron lost momentum for MVP though I'll say that.

They could use a more athletic big man but if healthy, they've already proven even with this new squad that they can absolutely wreak havoc on both ends when locked in. Outside shooting comes and goes, it's not something they can fix this year with new players anyway.

Howard was nice to have last year against Joker but he wasn't needed in any other series, same thing with McGee. AD will go to the 5 in the playoffs, they just need to get there healthy. Gasol will be fine for now. I foresee pretty much all playoff games ending with a lineup of Schroder, KCP or Caruso, LeBron, Kuzma, AD. I like their chances against anyone...except BK but they're a cheat code

Lakers shot under 30% from 3 in 7 of their last 9, Jazz was +42 from deep last night lol.

Yeah well at the same time if we could get some valuable guys instead of Gasol and Mathews whom seems completely washed up it would be nice.

Gasol flip flops between looking washed and valuable. Some games he's just awful to the point that he doesn't need to be on the court, some games his playmaking in the half-court is much needed and on top of it he'll knock in a couple shots and get a couple stops at the rim.

I wish they would upgrade the Gasol spot, but also maybe keep him on the roster because I do think he could have some situational value in the playoffs. Wes I just don't think is needed at this point. He has the occasional good shooting night, but it doesn't happen often enough for him to really even get minutes over KCP, Schroder, Caruso, maybe even THT.

One guy in Lakers "rumors" is Whiteside. He's along the lines of what they need from a talent/need standpoint but I've just watched him not give a **** far too many times. In playoff games even. It would likely take nothing but matching money and a 2nd to get him from Sac, but still there are other options who are 'worse" but you know the focus and effort will be there.

If a trade for Whiteside were to be an option I think the Lakers should try to land Bjelica in the trade as well. He's a guy they were rumored to want in the past, something like Morris, Matthews, McKinnie and a 2nd round pick would land the 2 of them but that would be about the only trade LAL could make at that point and have to hope to address other issues in the buyout market.

O'Neale 42.3%
Conley 42%
Bogdanovic 39.9%
Mitchell 38.6%
Clarkson 38.1%
Niang 36.4%

Miye Oni is also at 37.9% but he doesn't get much burn
