I believe the pick is top 3 protected so the future of the rockets might just hinge on ping pong balls. If it lands outside that top 3 then the Westbrook trade officially gets put into the worse trade in nba history discussion as if will still be top 8 in a good draft.

I think its top 4 protected, but still, imagine OKC with the 5th and 10th pick.

Add those to a lineup with SGA, get lucky with a FA signing, and use the million LAC picks to land someone else, they could have a real good team for many years.

You post this like it's brand new information, lol. The EC still sucks as always outside the top 3, as has been tradition almost every year since the late 90's.
