I wanted to go to the game a few days ago. But once Melo way shut down. I didn't buy the tickets. Now I'm aiming for Pels Nets next week. I hear KD is coming for that game. And Obviously Zion

True, but they’ve only played 3 games together so that’s probably the largest sample size they could get to compare against teams that have been able to use 5 man line-ups all year long.

25 min minimum probably does a pretty good job of weeding out random line-ups that put up monster +/- numbers during trash time as well.

Giannis has looked great the last month and change. Just got a block and then transition dunk.

Blazers having Nurkic back.. He opens their offense into these back door cut from the high post. I love it!

Only watched the highlights but the ball was moving well on offense for L.A. So much easyier when the 3 is falling. Nice to see everyone stepping up. You know that long stretch without our superstars might end up being beneificial in the end.

I wonder what's the ceiling on THT. If he could become a serious threat from deep he could become our Ginobili.

Jrue can still play some hoops on both ends.

Jrue’s last 8 games: 22 points, 7 assists, 5 rebounds, and .583/.483/.875 shooting splits. Oh, and all-world defense.

And Giannis last evening:

Giannis Antetokounmpo is just the third player in NBA history to score 45+ points in a game on 85% shooting or better. He joins Wilt Chamberlain in December of 1967 and Mike Woodson in February of 1983.

Also, he hit a three and a few mid range jumpers.

Yup finally recovering from COVID. It's another reason why they have been on a nice streak.

One thing I saw was Giannis taking my meds range jumpers instead of those long pull ups. That adds a layer to his game. Getting rid of the 5 Out all the time **** really had opened it up for them.

Lowe did a nice article on his passing yesterday. Behind a paywall though. (I almost copied and pasted it here. Then realized it's not free anymore)

THT won't turn 21 until after next season starts, so he's got a lot of time to work on that 3 ball, and to get a left hand.

Didn't like seeing an ESPN story about Gasol complaining about being plan "C or D" now, I'm not sure that this team is going to jell even if we make to and and are healthy for the playoffs.

The Lakers still being third in defense despite losing LeBron and AD for an extended period of time is nothing short of remarkable and is why they can beat anyone when healthy
